you get fresh presentations which are selected from diverse categories of interest.  Our presentations are designed to be displayed for group viewing or by individuals.  

Nostalgic Comedy

 

These presentations may be stand-up comedy such as Abbott and Costello, early film clips or movies of comedy stars such as W.C. Fields and Laurel and Hardy, or early silent films such as the Keystone Cops or Charlie Chaplin.  Content is as early as 1915 through the 1960s.  

Nostalgic Movies

 

Movies are selected generally from the 1930s through the 1970s.  They cover a range of genres which include drama, romance, comedy and musicals.  We avoid controversial subjects, gratuitous violence or explicit sexual content and try to make our selections interesting to both men and women.

Travel and Tourism

 

Tours and travel related videos throughout the world.  From the more common destinations such as Europe, to less common places such as Antarctica, Iceland and South Africa, we have a full inventory of travel videos.  Well photographed travel presentations stimulate your residents' imaginations and transport the mind.

Nostalgic Popular Music

 

Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Pat Boone, even Elvis - the performers and melodies when your residents were young.

Classical Music

 

Classical music is timeless, and a favorite of senior viewers.  Symphonies, chamber ensembles, opera, musical theater.

Nostalgic TV

 

By the mid '50s, many Americans had TV in their living rooms.  After supper the family would gather to watch shows like these.  These are pleasant memories that your residents will enjoying recalling.

Documentaries

 

Educational, interesting and sometimes awe-inspiring: nature, science, history, and human accomplishment are presented with modern videography.  We curate our documentary presentations to stimulate your residents' minds.

The Week in Review

 

 

Seniors can find it difficult to keep up with current events.  Each week we select news stories from respected sources that will be of interest to our seniors.  Sometimes we will also include a more in-depth discussion of particular topics.  Our News Review is an audio presentation of about 45-60 minutes.
